On-device AI music recommendation
On-device — never uploadedMusic Match checks the frame you select and recommends background music from KineMaster's royalty-free library. The matching runs entirely on-device. Your footage is never uploaded. Scene detection reads more than the video alone. It also checks stickers, effects, text, and handwriting layers, so swapping a layer can bring up a different recommendation shortlist.

Pick the frame
Scrub the Timeline (or pause playback) on the frame you want to use for recommendations.

Open Music Match
Tap the AI button, then tap Music Match.

Download the plug-in
Download the plug-in (first-time use only).

Does Music Match look at only the video clip?
No. Music Match also considers stickers, effects, text, and handwriting layers on the same frame. Changing your layers can produce a different music shortlist.
Does Music Match work offline?
Yes. The AI tool runs on-device, so it works without an Internet connection (once the plug-in is installed). Downloading individual tracks still requires a network connection.
Are Music Match tracks royalty-free?
Yes. Music tracks are part of KineMaster's own royalty-free music library, so you can use them in your videos without worry.
What if I don't like any of the recommended tracks?
Music Match is a starting point, not the final answer. Open the Asset Store to browse more tracks like the ones you previewed, or try a different frame or layer combination and re-run the match.
